Butters West Leederville

A well presented and cosy place. I went for breakfast & coffee. The avocado toast was yummy but expensive, and so my impression is that it is a bit of a 'destination' breakfast place although it does have the regular croissants and wraps on offer. So I'm not sure what it's trying to be. I'd return here with a friend but probably not alone unless just for a coffee.

We’ve been there for breeki and drinking somethings. It’s cute place. Waiters are friendly. It has open area for sitting as a plus.

Kicking my own butt for not coming here sooner. Met with warm desert tones as you enter, you're transported to a welcoming haunt which serves the best bowl of breakfast goodness one could imagine. Order the 'House Made Beans.'

A lovely cafe. Perfect for warming you up in winter when I visited. Great coffee and service with smile.

What a great place. Friendly staff and great food. Very homely comfortable atmosphere inside. Masala eggs hit the spot.

Food was very nice. We had the masala scrambled eggs on toast, i didn’t expect it to taste as nice as it was. Coffee was one of the best I’ve had in ages beautiful. Also love how this place must turn into a bar at some point as has beer pumps :) Service was very quick and staff very friendly. It’s located in a lovely part of west Leederville and has heaps of outdoor seating and enough indoors, it’s abit pricey but you pay for the area I guess, overall very happy and would return
